Superevo 2030 Project

The Superevo 2030 project has allowed the following steps:

• Classification of operations as part of the various production phases,
• Definition of the actors involved,
• Review of the processes useful for the efficiency and improvement of company performance to streamline the data and document management process, fueling sharing and traceability.

Through this project the company has equipped itself with an integrated management system which, exploiting the capabilities of the IOT, allows to coordinate the work of various company functions and those of the production departments.  At the same time the project allows to integrate, all the machinery and the production stations with two-way communication. Furthermore, the company has achieved the goal of improving its image by adopting market intelligence systems to collect and analyse commercial and strategic information, expanding its customers’ network.
